  We came here on a Tuesday afternoon, for the all you can eat deal and usually the sushi buffets in queens would be around 25 on the weekdays but this place was 3 dollars cheaper. The sushi was more fresh as well. Usually other places would have a very fishy smell and they woudn't be using the best ingredients but it's hard to blame them since it is a buffet BUT, this place was was on top of things when it came to freshness and quality. The only minor complaint with the fish is that the salmon was cut a little too thick.
  
  The appetizers was amazing, I mainly went for the BBQ squid, the fried scallops and the fried shumai/dumplings. It was really good and a nice switch up from the sushi/sashimi. Don't forget to get the dessert at the end. I went for the fried oreos, fried banana even though it was a little soggy for my taste and the vanilla & green tea icecream.
  
  The service was very good and I have no complaints. The staff are always making sure you have what you need.
  
  The parking is no problem, since it's located in a big shopping complex and has a large parking lot.

  Lets cut right to the point, youll pay between 22 and 25 pp for all you can eat. And come hungry.
  
  You will get the typical sushi rolls, with maybe 8 unique rolls here. there are about 6 different types of desserts to choose from, not just the usual green tea ice cream - they even have fired oreos. now, where sushi village differs from most AYCE spots, is the amount of apps. they have an abundant of that - kani salad to different terriyaki to soups to pot stickers to fried good ness. where i was a very let down were the nigiri and sashimi.since sushi villiage doesnt have the best quality of fish, both of these options suffered. fish was kinda hard and flavor wasnt strong on pieces. sushi rolls were good, alot of rolls with avocado versus other ingredients. decent fish to rice ratio.
  
  what i didnt like was the amount of warm rice used. clearly they dont plan how packed they will get during dinner hours and dont cook the rice in time, many of my rolls had warm rice. service was okay, at places like this you know to wave down the waitor/waitress because it gets packed. to be honest, id probably come back once to give them another chance, but sushi villiage is more bang for your buck kinda place

  No way! Theres absolutely a reason this place has 3 stars but today, at least from my personal experience,  this place is getting 2.
  
  I came here bc a family friend suggested it and said the food was great. I've been waiting for about an hour now for my food. The table behind me WITH 4 PEOPLE had changed TWICE and my server hasnt even offered anything while we wait for our food.
  
  Having been a server for 5 years, I know that a tip IS EARNED and honestly with the lack of attention shes giving to a table of more than 4 people you would think she'd do some more for a big tip.
  
  Personally I wont be coming back here again and I'll be sure to let people know of the little service given here.
  
  P.s. the food was good but the service...nowhere close!

  My parents' favorite to-go restaurant.
  All you can eat sushi for about $22.95 + gratuity per person, lunch/dinner, 7 days a week.
  
  The sushi quality is decent; it's a safe choice for eating out.
  
  Family's usual favorite roll: Bergen
  
  Favorite ice cream from here: green tea
  Runner up ice cream: vanilla

  The price for AYCE is the only great thing about this place. Other than that, it was a fairly disappointing dining experience. The service here SUCKS. I'm normally not the type to trash talk the wait staff anywhere. We get it -- it's hard work and there's so much going on and you're not paid enough, but that shouldn't give you the right to ignore customers. On more than one occasion of eating here, I've had to get up from my seat multiple times to get the waitresses' attention. On top of that, they're extremely rude. Their poor service alone should close this business. It seems like I'm not the only one who feels this way as one other review quotes: "The service was beyond deplorable and it almost seemed like the waitress staff was bothered that we came into their restaurant." Sad but true. With so many dining options in Westwood, I'd steer clear of this one until they replace all their workers.
